1. Shipping and Handling Fees

All postal deliveries (national and international) are subject to a flat EUR 3.00 (VAT included) shipping and handling fee.

C.O.D. deliveries are subject to an additional handling fee of EUR 2.50 (VAT included). Deutsche Post AG charges a fee of EUR 2.00 (VAT included) on C.O.D. deliveries due with receipt of products.

We do not charge a shipping and handling fee on delivery of books by book post. Product Packages are subject to a shipping and handling fee of EUR 3.00 (VAT included).

2. When will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order within 24 hours after receipt of payment on working days. If you ordered a software product by download, you will obtain download information within 24 hours after receipt of payment by email notification.

3. Which postal service conducts shipping?

All orders will be delivered by Deutsche Post AG or its partner companies.

4. I cannot open my download file.

If you cannot open your .zip download file to install your software, the problem might be caused by internet browser (know with Internet Explorer™ 5.5). Try to download the software in another browser or contact our support staff for assistance.
