The training module for the TOM, to be precise, provides three individual tasks, which have to be mastered simultaneously:

In the two large fields left and right the automatically hither and thither wandering crosses must be closely covered with the sights.

In the field at the right top calculations appear every now and again that you must solve in your head.

At the left top you see four red lamps. As soon as one of these lights up press the appropriate key as quickly as possible.
